Entrepreneurial project for grant from EU funds

The present thesis „Entrepreneurial project for grant from EU funds“ deals in the first part with the theoretical survey of EU funds as well as with their allocation and use in the Czech republic and how this fits in with the goal of helping weaker countries to develop. The second analytical part gives a description of the business plan and especially feasibility of project. I write up a study of feasibility in order to show the practicability of the complete plan. At the conclusion how is a short appreciation and formulation of goals for future process of realization.
Yugoslavia at the crossroads. Reflection of the Yugoslav press in the beginning of 1990

Thesis analyzes activity of two daily newspapers of Yugoslavia, namely zagrebian Vjesnik and belgradian Politika at the beggining of the year 1990 before SFRY desintegrated. It outlines stance that these periodics adpoted on three selected events and problems prevailing in January 1990 on yugoslavian political and social scene. Among them are economical reforms started by federation prime minister Ante Marković, the rise of croatian and serbian nationalism during assembly of HDZ and SNO parties and dissolution of the Communist League of Yugoslavia at its 14th Congress. Yugoslavian model of socialism as an inspiration for economic reforms in the 60's years of the 20th century in NDR, ČSSR and Hungary

This dissertation - The Yugoslavian model of Socialism as possible inspiration for economic reforms of the sixties in the German Democratic Republic, Czechoslovakia and Hungary - deals with the topic of creating certain modifications and specific features of the economic systems within the Eastern Bloc. The so called Yugoslavian experiment, which had developed in the Balcan state from the times of the Soviet-Yugoslavian rift of the late forties of last century, was, in fact, considered to be the only alternative to the predominant, directively centralized Soviet model for several years. It was in the sixties when many Eastern Bloc states, which practically hitherto copied the Soviet economic model, attempted to implement economic reforms which would assisst in eliminating disadvantages of the current economic system, and thus to stabilize and streamline the economic development. It is quite natural that for searching new possibilities and incentives, the Yugoslavian self-governing model represented one of potential inspiring ways how to reform the often nonfunctional economic systems. This work discusses the change in Indian position in international relations during the Cold War. It is a qualitative case study, which is also dedicated to finding influences that caused the change in the Indian position. Work includes the following sections. The first part describes the theory of international relations relevant to the study of the Indian position within the great power relations. Next part analyzes India's economic development and historical development of India's foreign policy and relations with the most important global actors. The final chapter is a study of global governance institutions and policies of BRICS and its position to the institutions of global governance.

Economic reform of centrally planned economy following the Rozsypal's reform in Czechoslovakia

Bachelor thesis deals with centrally planned economy in Czechoslovakia since the early 1950s to the beginning of the 1960s. Attention is devoted to analysing issues connected with attempts to economic changes, specifically The Rozsypal's Reform in the 50s of the 20th century. The first part of this thesis gives a brief introduction to the issue of central planning. It also pays attention to the first and second five-year plan, their failures and the impact on the Czechoslovak economy. Finally goes to the very root causes, development and consequences of The Rozsypal's Reforms. The chosen topic is solved using the method description. The main objectives of this bachelor thesis are not only analyse and evaluate economic reforms, but also realize the first extensive efforts to change the economic situation. The Rozsypal's Reforms were not successful. The main obstacle to these efforts is the system of centrally planned economy itself.
Economic Reforms of Nikita S. Khruschev

The aim of this thesis is an analysis of economic development in Soviet Union during the era of Nikita S. Khrushchev. The thesis examines reforms initiated after 20th Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, primarily agriculture and industry. Simultaneously is analyzed socioeconomic situation of post-Stalinist Soviet Union and reasons obliging Khrushchev to plan and carry through with reforms. Efficiency of these reforms, their effect on soviet economy and on standard of living of soviet citizens will be evaluated. As a source will be used monographies, sub-studies and archive materials.
